8 oz whole wheat organic multigrain pasta3 cups broccoli, chopped1/4 onion, chopped1 tbsp - 2 Olive Oil1 clove garlic, minced1/3 cup fat free mayonaise1/8 tsp black pepper3 Tblsn. Light Parm. cheese2 tbsn. Light Cream Cheese1/4 - 1/2 cup of reserved PASTA Water. (to make sauce thinner)
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and reserve some of the PASTA water. Add Broccoli last 5 mins. of cooking time.
In a med. bowl combine chicken peices and seasonings, toss. In a large skillet heat oil (pam spray too) cook chicken add garlic,
Add chicken to drained pasta and broccoli .
Stir in mayonaise, pepper, cream cheese, parm. cheese and enough pasta water to make a sauce.
