Ingredients
6 oz left over black pepper lemon chicken, diced2 tbsp Hellmans mayonaise2 tbsp sour cream3 stalks of celery diced1 medium sweet onion2 tsp honey mustard 1/2 cup red bell pepper1 peeled yellow apple, diced
Directions
chop in small cubes previously cooked chicken that was leftover from your baked lemon chicken recipe. chop the apple,onion, celery and red bell pepper in small cubes. Stir together the mayonaise, sour cream and honey mustard; mix the chicken, mayonaise mixture and the apple,onion, celery and red bell pepper together and stuff in two medium size tomatoes, "makes 2-1 cup services.
