black beans, 2 cans (16-oz can)red kidney beans, 1 can (16 oz can)diced tomatoes, 1 can (14.5 oz can)corn, 1 can (15.25 oz can)lean ground beef, 1 lbgarlic, 6 cloves, minced or dicedchili powder, 2 Tbstomato paste, 6-oz cantomato sauce, 29-oz canWorcestershire sauce, 2 tsp1 red pepper, chopped (can use green, yellow, or orange instead)
Brown hamburger. Add garlic and pepper halfway through browning process. Drain. Pour into slow cooker.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cover. Cook on High 3 hours or Low 7-8 hours.
Serve in bowls - can serve over rice or topped with cheese (neither are figured into this recipe's calculations!)
