Healthy Bran Muffins

Ingredients
bran cereal, wheat flour, splenda, rapadura, cane sugar, soda, salt, eggs + egg whites, canola oil, unsweetened applesauce, buttermilk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together in a seperate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
Pour mix into muffin greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400* for 18-25 minutes or until done.
Makes between 30-40 muffins. Mix can be stored in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
