Steel Cut Oats with Apples, Raisins and Yogurt

5 cups Water1 cup Steel Cut Oats3 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (Ground Flax).1 cup Raisins [packed]2 small Apples Chopped [I use Fiji apples]1 1/2 tsp cinnamon [to taste]1/2 tsp nutmeg [to taste]1 Tbsp Splenda [to taste].4 6oz Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt cups
Bring water to a boil, stir in the oats and flax meal.
Lower heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally for 25-30 minutes.
About 5 minutes before removing the oats from the heat stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, Splenda, raisins and apples.
Serve the yogurt on top. Blueberry is my favorite.
Yield: 6 cups
