one banana banana muffins

Ingredients
1 large ripe banana (or two small ones)1 egg 3/4 cup milk1 stick Butter, softened1 tsp Vanilla1 tsp Cinnamon1.5 cup Flour1 cup Sugar1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a mixer bowl and turn the mixer on medium until the batter is mostly smooth with very few bumps.

Fill muffin cups half full. (If you wanted to make these muffins extra special you could sprinkle a little granola or chopped nuts on top at this time to give them crunch.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
