Ingredients
2 tbsp wheat flour 2 tbsp splenda1 tbsp cocoa powder2 tbsp egg beater/ reddi egg etc1 1/2 tbsp nonfat milk1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce1/4 ts vanilla extract
Directions
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg substitute and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and applesauce and mix well. Add the vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 1 min 30 sec at 1000 watts (high).
