Ingredients
1 full graham cracker 1 cup cool whip light1 tbsp - Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Break graham cracker in half. Then mix 1 tbsp of chocolate chips with the 1 cup of cool whip light and spread on half of graham cracker. Top with other half. Wrap in seran wrap and place in freezer until frozen great low-fat low cal treat.

    I've seen this before...good idea. Let me offer another variety. Use a full cool whip container to do this, so you'll be making several sandwiches. Dissolve 1tsp instant coffee granules in 1tsp water, then GENTLY fold into the cool whip for a "cappuccino" treat! The chocolate chips make it mocha! :) - 8/6/12

    Much more accurate calorie count than a similar submission. And they do taste great. If you just need a bite, break the graham crackers into quarters and make 1-1/4 x 2-1/2 rectangles, for half the calories and all the taste. - 7/12/11

    I put more choc. chips in and I actually thought by adding more it was too many. Im going to try and change this up a little and add just a little bit of chocolate sauce to it also. Thank you!! - 8/2/08
