Tator Tot Hotdish

1 lb ground turkey1cup onion, diced1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup2 cups of extra-wide egg noodles, cooked (Optional)5 oz of Frozen peas and carrots1/2 bag of tator tots or 36-40 pieces
Brown Beef and onion, stir in soup and heat through.
Rinse frozen veggies under hot water until thawed and warmed. Spread veggies in 9 x 13 dish then spread beef mixture evenly over top veggies. Spread noodles evenly over beef mixture. Top noodles with cheese and finally place single layer of tator tots. Bake 375 for 30 minutes or until tator tots are browned. Divide casserole into 6 equal portions
