Chicken Ala King

Ingredients
2 chicken boullion cubes1-1/2 cups water3 tbl butter3 tbl flour2-1/2 cups cooked chicken1 cup peas1 can mushrooms1/2 cup sliced carrots1/4 onion diced1 tsp salt
Directions
Dissolve cubes in hot water. Melt butter in pan, blend in flour. Add broth slowly stirring constantly. Cook until mixture bubbles add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until carrots are tender. Serves 6.
