veggie-fruit smoothie with omega fatty acids

Ingredients
1 tsp Udo's Oil1/3 cup almond milk2/3 cup low fat soy milk2/3 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries1 medium sized banana1/2 to 1 cup chopped chard1/8-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend. Enjoy.
For those starting out, i recommend blending together all ingredients except for the chard and then adding a 1/4 cup at a time- to desired taste. At full amount it is still kid friendly! REALLY!!!!
