Pasta Puttanesca my way

Ingredients
16 oz of your choice of pasta2 oz can of anchovie fillets1 tbs olive oil1/2 cup of chopped parsley10 green olives2 tbs of capers2 tsp of dried oregano1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes( more if you like it hot)28 oz of canned tomatoes( chopped)1 package of frozen spinach.. cooked and drained. for extra calories you can add cheese and bread remember to add the calories to your calorie counter.
Directions
While you are cooking the pasta, heat the oil in a large skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant( around 1 minute) add in the anchovies( chopped) the oregano, red pepper flakes, capers( drained) , olives( drained and chopped) parsley and cook for 2 minutes .Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach and simmer for another minute, just until the spinach is incorporated. When the pasta is done, drain and add sauce, mix well. and divide into 4 servings. You can top with cheese, but the recipe does not account for the calories in it.
