Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, 96% lean2 tbsp flourSalt, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove 1/4 tsp. Pepper1 can mushrooms, drained1 can Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup fat free sour cream, 16 tbsp milk (if needed to thin sauce)
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add flour, salt, garlic, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling---stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 min. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over Egg Noodles. Serves 4
