Lowfat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 c brown sugar1/3 c sugar2tsp vanilla1/3-1/2 cup olive oil or canola oil2 large eggs2 1/2 c flour1 tsp soda1 tsp salt1 cup chocolate chipes
Directions
Cream sugars, vanilla, oil and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips along with flour. If mixture is too dry add 1 T. water, if too wet add 1 T flour. Roll with hands into long log and break off cookie ball. Put on cookie sheet. I back 15 on one sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on sheet before transferring to rack. Enjoy!
