1 cup - Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk1/2 cup - Frozen Berries (blueberries/strawberries/blackberries/etc.)1/2 cup - Water
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and puree until all berries are blended.

You can add anything else you'd like into this or just drink it as outlined...
