Ingredients: *Gourd, white-flowered (calabash), cooked, 3 cup (1" cubes) Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped Sunflower Oil (oleic), 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 2 grams Garlic, 0.6 clove Salt, 1 dash *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
Directions
in a pan heat oil .. toast cumin seeds , add onions and 5 cut green chilliesand fry till soft and pick.. add the calabash gourd pieces, , ginger garlic, salt and sprinkle some water and cook till the calabash is well done.. serve with rice or bread..
