Tuna Melt Redux Recipe

1 can [12 oz] solid white tuna in water, drained1/4 cup celery, minced1 tbsp yellow onion, minced2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, (low-fat/cal)1 fresh pepper2 english muffin, split4 slice sliced, 2% American cheese
Mix tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and fresh pepper.
Toast English muffin halves until golden brown.
Divide the tuna mixture on the 4 muffins halves,
top each with a slice of American Cheese, and broil for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
