Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2/3 cup light soy sauce 1/3 cup vinegar 1/4 cup water 10 whole black peppercorns(add if desired: .5-1 tsp minced garlic)
Directions
Serving: 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

1. Put all ingredients in a (approximately) 5-quart pot.

2. Cover and cook on the stove on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Serve: with basmati rice and teriyaki green beans is great!!!

ProTip: I usually use the same amount of sauce for 4 chicken breasts as they get more juiced with it that way, but this is also really good. The sauce SHOULD thicken, but it doesn't always. Depends a lot on the chicken juices and the soy.
