J's Chicken Rice Mushroom Casserole

1.5 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken breast1 can fat free cream of celery soup1 can fat free cream of chicken soup1 cup diced celery1/2 cup of diced onion2 soup cans of water1 8-ounce container of chopped bella mushrooms14 ounces of Uncle Ben's whole grain brown rice1 tsp. Nature's Seasoning (may adjust to taste)
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Dice onions and celery. Get a big bowl and add the raw chicken to the chopped bella mushrooms, onions, and celery. Add the cans of soup and the two cans of water. Add 1 tsp. of Nature's Seasoning. Mix thoroughly and pour into two 1.5 quart pans you have sprayed with Pam or olive oil. Cook 1 hour at 350.
