Vegan Nut Burgers

Ingredients
BroccoliWalnutsOnionsTofu (egg substitute)OatsKetchup
Directions
Steam the broccoli for 2 minutes, to soften it up (but not cook it)
Let broccoli cool while you assemble other ingredients in the food processor.
Mulch everything together, remove, divide into burgers as you would raw beef or turkey.
Cook in skillet 5 minutes one side, then lower heat, flip, and cook 3-4 minutes on other side.
Makes 6 smallish burgers, or 4 much larger ones
