Ingredients
1 cup carrots sliced1/2 medium head of califlower10 green beans1 plum tomatoe cut in chuncks1/2 tbsp olive oil ,extra virgin light1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp. paprika1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
place all veggies except tomatoe in steam basket and place over boiling water.cover.steam till tender crisp or desired doneness.Place in serving bowl .add tomate,drizzle with olive oil and add the spices.toss and serve.make about 4 -1 cup serving
