Zone Crepes

Ingredients
1/4 c cottage cheese, 1%1/4c egg beaters1/2 c water1 t vanilla 2/3 c oatmeal2 t powdered sugar
Directions
Put oatmeal and baking powder in a coffee grinder and grind until powdered. Add sugar and mix in a small bowl.

BLend cottage cheese, egg beaters, water, and vanilla until smooth (I use a hand blender).

Mix all ingredients together. Cook over medium-high heat.

Makes 1 serving.
