1 cup, Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, halves and whole 1 C Unsalted Peanuts1 C Walnuts1 C Almonds1/2 C Pine Nuts1 C Raisins1 C pitted Dates1/2 C Prunes1/2 C Apricots, dried1 C Oat Meal - old fashion1 C Oat Bran1/4 C Kretschmer Wheat Germ1/2 C Chocolate Morsel1/4 C Cocoa powder, unsweetened2 Tbsp Brown Sugar3 Tbsp Honey & 1 1/2 C warm Water, mixed
1. Grind all ingredients except the water and honey mixture in a food processor.
2. Place the mixture in a large mixing bowl.
3. Stir in the water and honey mixture with a wooden spoon. Add 1/4 C more water if needed.
4. Line a pan 9x13 pan with plastic wrap, with edges of wrap overhanging pan.
5. Form the mixture in the pan and let set for 45 minutes.
6. Use the plastic wrap to lift loaf from pan.
7. Cut into slices.
8. Keep tightly wrapped and refrigerated.
