Clean turkey meatloaf

1.5 lb of lean ground turkey 1/2 cup of cooked lentils2/3 cup cooked black beans2 eggs1/3 cup chopped onion or 1 shallot1 cup cooked brown rice1/3 cup uncooked quick oats, or 1 piece of toasted whole grain bread, crumbled2 oz no fat greek yogurt1/3 cup chopped parsley2 tsp worcestshire sauce2 tsp hot sauce2 tsp dijon mustard4-6 tbsp no sugar ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all liquid ingredients. Mix turkey with the remaining ingredients. (onion and pepper can be sauteed with garlic in oil 1st, or just added raw).
Add blended egg mixture to the turkey mixture. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a foil lined baking sheet. With wet hands, form the mixture into a loaf. Brush loaf with ketchup. Bake until center is 160 degrees, approx 1 hr. Makes 12 slices.
