Ingredients
1c Brown Sugar4c Powdered Sugar3.5c Peanut Butter1c Soy Margarine at room temp3c Shredded Coconut2lbs Bittersweet Chocolate3tbsp Soy Margarine
Directions
Toast Coconut in oven.

Mix Sugars, Peanut Butter, and Margarine together and press evenly in a greased sheet tray.
Do not bake.

Melt Chocolate and extra Margarine together and add the toasted coconut.
Pour over crust and spread out evenly.

Let cool, then cut.

Makes 2-3 dozen.
