Jenn's Chicken Parmesan w/ noodles

3 packages - Perdue Perfect Portions Italian Style Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts1 cup - Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs3 tbsp - Reduced Fat Parmesan Fine Greated Topping2 tsp - Garlic Powder3 tbsp - Oil2 envilopes - Spatini Spaghetti Sauce Mix1 can - 12 oz. Hunt's Tomato Paste2 cups - water1 cup - Kroger Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese8 oz - Vermicelli
In ziplock bag combine Grated Cheese, Bread Crumbs and Garlic Powder. Mix together well.
Carefully open chicken packages and place chicken in ziplock. Cover well, when removed no chicken should be seen.
Cover bottom of baking dish with oil, oil can also be used to ensure full coverage of chicken. (Dipping chicken prior to breading or lightly coat exposed areas and sprinkle breadcrumbs over.)
Cover. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, place noodles on to boil. Add 1 tbsp oil to water.
Empty 1 can Tomato Paste into saucepan and add 2 cups water. Mix together until smooth on med/high heat. Lower to low/med once smooth and wait until no longer bubbling. Add seasoning packs and mix. Cover.
After chicken has cooked, remove covering and spoon sauce over chicken, fully covering. Top with desired amount of cheese.
Place back in oven for no more then 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Top pasta with desired amount of sauce.
