Breaded Baked Tofu

Ingredients
1 block firm tofu1 egg1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
Directions
Slice the tofu into 8 pieces, press out as much water as you can. Coat with egg and bread crumbs. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes per side, or until brown. Serving size is 2 slices.
