Fettucine Alfredo with Bacon

170 grams whole wheat fettucine; dry2 slices naturally smoked bacon, chopped1 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp flour1/2 cup low fat milk1/3 cup parmigiano1/4 tsp black pepper
Cook pasta. Drain. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Pour out most of the drippings. Add garlic and heat through. Sprinkle flour and stirring constantly cook for 30 seconds. Gradually add milk and stir until thick.
Reduce heat to low. Gradually add chees; stir until melted. Add pasta and pepper. Mix until blended and serve.
