1 pound zucchini squash, cubedpepper & salt to taste1/2 cup saltine crackers, crumbled1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1/4 cup milk1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1. Place squash in microwave and cook til tender.
2. spray casserole dish with pam.
3. Pour milk over all, then sprinkler with cheese and pecans.
4. Add salt & pepper to taste.
5. Bake at 350 uncovered for 20 minutes
