Italian Sausage Lasagne

Ingredients
12 cooked lasagne noodles (according to package directions)4 cups shredded mozarella cheese16 oz 2% cottage cheese1 tbspn italian seasoning (herbs)1/3 cup plus 2 tbspn grated parmesan cheese sauteed italian sausage (pork or turkey)2 bottles spaghetti saucefresh spinach (2-4 cups to taste)
Directions
Cook lasagne noodles according to package instructions. In the meantime, in large bowl, lightly scramble egg. Add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, mozarella cheese, italian seasoning, and stir until combined. Remove sausage from casings and brown over medium-high heat. Preheat oven to 375. Spread spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan to cover bottom. Place 4 noodles on top. Cover with 1/2 cheese mixture, spinach and then layer on cooked sausage. Spread 1 cup sauce on top. Cover with 4 noodles and remainder of cheese and 1 cup sauce. Cover with remaining 4 noodles, spread remaining sauce on top, sprinkle with 2 tbspn parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly.
