Quinoa/Mango/Feta Salad

Ingredients
1.5 cups dry quinoajalapeno, seeded & minced6 fresh basil leaves3 sprigs fresh cilantro1/3 c minced red onion1/2 firm but ripe mango2T olive oil1/2 t sea salt4 t lime juice2 c feta cheese crumbles
Directions
rinse quinoa, cook according to package directions. meanwhile mix together remaining ingredients except feta cheese which is added when quinoa is cool OR sprinkled on top of warm salad. enjoy!
