egyptian okra or ladyfinger soup

Ingredients
Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 500 mL,or you can replace it with water ,for less sodiumokra, fresh or frozen, raw ,250gmgarlic 3 glove or more . as you prefer , -coriander seed,powderd salt ,1 dash black pepper, gronded-Lemon juice, 1 tbsp .for presentationone tbls canola oil, or any other vegeterian oil
Directions
for make tow bowel each 125ml or gm
1- rinse the okra and drain it will, then cut the head away , cut the okra into small pieces.
2 bring the water or chicken broth to boil ,then but the okra and leave it boil till it will done and become thick for 7 to ten minuets
3 -add salt and pepper
blend it with a blender or mixer,or even with fork
5 in a separate ban heat the oil then but the grounded garlic and the coriander powder , the the garlic come to yellow., then add it to the okra soup ans stir will , let it boil for a minuet , and enjoy it hot

add drops of lemon juice when you serve it (optional)


note. you can make it thicker by lowering the amount of water,or leave it boil for longer time. and it can be eaten with bread
or light soup and just drink it with a spoon
