Elk Meatballs with gravy

Ingredients
1 lb ground elk1 medium onion1 medium apple1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 slice ww bread2 cups water1 tsp paprika1/4 cup flour
Directions
In food processor, make bread crumbs out of one slice of whole wheat bread. Remove. Put onion in food processor and chop until fine. Add apple, chop. Add salt and pepper and bread crumbs. Pulse. Divide meat into several pieces and drop into food processor. Pulse. Remove and mix with hands. Divide into 12 balls and place in 13x9 pan. Mix water, paprika, and flour. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for one hour.
