Beef and Barley Slow Cooker Meal

Ingredients
1 lb. lean stewing meat, cut into bite size pieces1/2 cup onions, chopped3/4 cup cut green beans, fresh or frozen3/4 cup corn, fresh or frozen4 cups fat free, low sodium beef stock2 14.5 ounce cans stewed tomatoes12 oz. V8 juice3.4 cup pearl barley1 cup water
Directions
In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 5-7 hours. until vegetables are cooked to your liking.
