6 medium sized portabella mushrooms, stems removedpart skim milk ricotta cheese 1.5 cups1 Tbls grated parmesan cheese4 oz part skim milk shredded mozzarrella cheese1 large egg1 Tbls dried parsley flakes1/2 tsp italian seasoning1.5 cups canned diced tomatos
1 stuffed mushroom is about 200 calories with 15 grams protien, 15 grams carbohydrates and 9 grams fat
mix cheeses, egg, and seasoning together. Use about 1/4 cup in each mushroom cap (remove stems first)
place in baking dish and pour tomatos over top and bake about 30 minutes at 350*
