1/2 Large Ripe Banana or what is on hand. Ripe will give it a Fruitier taste.1 Serving of Benefiber1 Serving equivalent of 1 Egg of Flax seed Meal, ground.1/4 C. strawberries, though Blueberries were Originally used; I didn't have any so this is my substitution.1/2 Tbsp. Apple Jucie Concentrate or No Sugar Added, or Honey.8 oz. of Vanilla Soy Milk.
Organize and measure all your ingredients, place dry and wet ingredients first, then the fruit and liguid. Blend until smooth, you can add a few ice cubes to thicken maybe, but it will probably water down the taste!
