Baked Cheddar -Stuffed Jalapenos

12-15 Fresh jalapenos1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Cup Cream Cheese1 tsp Chili Powder2 eggs1 Tbsp Milk1 Cup Fine Bread Crumbs
1. Slice Each pepper in half lengthwise (do not remove stem) remove seeds and membranes. Set aside.
2. Mix together Cheddar, Cream Cheese and Chili Powder till well combined.
3. Spoon or pipe filling into each Jalapeno half.
4. Dip each filled pepper into the egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. (repeat to double bread if desired)
5. Place each pepper on a baking sheet filled sides up and bake about 25 Min. untill browned and heated through.
(I flash freeze mine after breading and place in Ziploc bags in my freezer for quick fixes!)
