4c. whole wheat couscous, prepared1 can reduced-fat black beans1 pkg. Athenos Feta1t Cumin1t Garlic SaltJuice of one Lime1 can medium pitted olives
Cook couscous according to package directions. Drain and rinse black beans. Mix in spices and beans with couscous. Mix in lime juice. Add feta and olives.
