chicken breast no skin no bone, 4 serving (remove)Green Pepper, Fresh, Whole (large), 2 serving (remove)onion, fresh finely chopped, 1 cup (remove)Broccoli, frozen, 1.5 package (10 oz) (remove)Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 4 cup (1" pieces) (remove)Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2 tbsp (remove)Garlic Pepper, 4 tsp (remove)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
Cut up chicken in small bite size pieces. Stir fry in olive oil and sprinkle with part of the garlic pepper.. Meanwhile, cut up onion and green pepper and add to chicken. Saute until crisp. Add frozen veggies to the mix. Sprinkle all with more garlic pepper and cook until all are hot. Serve over rice (not calculated in totals) or eat alone which is still yummy and loaded with veggies!
