Twice Baked Salsa Potato

1 large baking potato1oz kraft 2% cheddar cheese1/4 cup salsa1 tbsp lite sour cream
Preheat toaster oven at 350. Microwave potato until soft. Cut in half and scoop out the middle put skins to the side. In a bowl mix together potato, salsa, & sour cream. Divide the mixture evenly into the potato skins place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Take out sprinkle cheese evenly over the potato and put back in the oven and cook for about minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
