150 cantaloupe melon5 medium strawberries1 cup nonfat milk2 tbsp fruit yogurt (low fat)ice cubes
Directions
Mix the fruit in a blender, then add the milk and yogurt and blend again for a few seconds. Add the ice and enjoy!
