Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup flour, white1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup buttemilk3 eggs1 stick of butter, melted in the microwave1/2 t. salt1/2 t. cinnamon2 t. baking soda2 apples, peeled, quartered and chopped1/4 walnuts cut into small pieces
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients, then add wet. Add walnts and apples when batter is all prepared. Stir.

Bake in a 400 degree oven in muffin tins sprayed with non-stick spray for 16-18 minutes.
