Low Fat Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 celery stalks, chopped1 lg Onion2 cloves garlic1 lg red bell pepper1/4 red wine2 cups corn2 cups kidney beans2 xups white northern beans1 28 oz can whole tomatoes1 8 oz tomato sauce2 tsp dry mustard1/2 tsp black pepper2 TBSP chili powder
Directions
Saute turkey, celery, onion, garlic and bell pepper in wine until tneder, approx. 4 min. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 1.5 hours. Makes 10 cups
