Moroccan Lamb Stew

Ingredients
Lamb, Cubed, 1.5 lbOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Garlic, 1 cloveCanned Tomatoes, 2.5 cup (19 oz can)Chicken Broth, 1/3 cupRaisins, 1/3 cup, packedTomato Paste, 1/2 small can*Tumeric, 1/4 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tspPepper, black, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook 8-10 hours on low setting (or 4-5 hours on high) makes 4 servings

Serve with cous-cous (not included in calorie count)
