one pan taco casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 pkg. taco seasoning2 cups water2 cups Minute rice1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup chopped lettuce1 chopped tomato
Directions
Brown 1 lb. ground beef in skillet. Add taco seasoing and water. Bring to a boil. Add rice. Stir. Add cheddar cheese to top. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is done. Serve topped with lettuce and tomato. May add sour cream, more cheese, or salsa to your taste!....also, could have on flour tortilla or with tortilla chips!
