Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 cups minute rice1 4oz can of diced green chili1 8ox can tomato sauce1/4 cup canola oil1/4 onion diced1 tsp chopped or minced garlic1 cup water
Directions
brown onion, garlic, green pepper and rice in oil. Add tomato sauce and 1 cup water and bring to boil. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
