Quick and Easy Crepes

Ingredients
2/3 cup flour1 egg1/2 cup milk1/2 cup water
Directions
Whisk together flour, egg, milk, and water until smooth. Batter should be thin. Heat a 6" nonstick skillet to med /med-high heat. Once the pan is heated, add 3 Tbls of batter to pan, and swirl to spread batter around edges. Cook on one side only, for about 45-60 sec, just until done. Transfer to a plate or pan to keep warm while you finish the others.
