Ingredients
1 lb Flank Steak, cut into 1/8 inch thick slices across the grain2 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated2 tsp Garlic, finely chopped.5 tsp Five Spice Powder1 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce1 Orange3 Tbsp (1.5 fl oz) Orange Juice2 tsp Cornstarch1 tsp Olive Oil3 Scallions, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Combine the steak, ginger, five-spice powder, and 1 tsp soy sauce in a medium bowl. Marinate at room temperature while you prepare the other ingredients.

2.Grate the zest of the orange into a small bowl. Peel the orange, then break it into segments and coarsely chop. In a small bow, stir together the orange juice, cornstarch, and the reaming 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.

3. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the steak and cook until the meat just loses its pinkness. Add the scallions and reserved orange zest. Stir in the sauce mixture until the sauce sbubbles and thickens, about 2 minutes. Garnish with the orange segments and serve.
