American Goulash

Ingredients
1/2lb ground beef1 cup diced carrots1 cup diced celery1 small onion, diced1 can tomato sauce1 can petite diced tomatoes1/4 cup yellow corn1 Tbs Italian Seasoning4 oz macaroni pasta (enriched)1/2 cup water
Directions
Brown beef in large skillet, drain if needed.

Add carrots, celery, and onions. Saute to sweat onion until just translucent.

Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and Italian seasoning, stir to combine. On medium heat simmer until carrots are tender.

Add corn and macaroni and 1/2 cup water, stir to combine. Continue to simmer until noodles are tender (about 8 minutes).

Makes 4 serving
