Ingredients
1/2 cup prepared salsa1/4 cup shopped red onion2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro1 tablespoon fresh lime juice1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
To make vinaigrette, puree the salsa, onion, cilantro, lime juice, vinegar, mustard and salt in a food processor or blender.
